Different from ordinary aftermarket aluminum pistons for light engines, this K series piston adopts forged steel crown + high-strength aluminum skirt composite integrated molding craft, which is the same original composite structure as genuine CCEC parts. The internal precision cooling oil gallery is cast and one-time formed, with 100% hydraulic leakage inspection to eliminate hidden danger of oil leakage under high temperature and high pressure. All raw materials are screened according to CCEC material specification, and undergo multi-stage quenching and tempering heat treatment to enhance structural density, avoid cracking, ablation and deformation under long-term full-load operation.

The whole production flow complies with CCEC original process specifications: blank forging → rough machining → CNC precision finishing → ring groove plasma wear-resistant spraying → pin hole fine grinding → cooling cavity pressure test → full dimensional inspection. All critical dimensions including piston outer diameter, compression height, pin hole inner diameter, ring groove spacing and crown radian are controlled within ±0.01mm OEM tolerance range. No boring, grinding or modification is required during overhaul assembly, plug-and-play direct replacement for original CCEC engine.
